    This feature literally lets you search for the nearest available slot. Simply select a service and 10to8 will look through all staff and locations to discover the slots available.     Booking invites allows you to send a private personalized booking link to any customer. You, the business, can customize every aspect of this link. You can select: 

    • The staff member 
    • The booking location
    • The service.

    The customer simply selects the time that works best for them and hits the ‘Book’ button and, voila! The meeting is in the calendar.

    These links give you complete control over what your customer can book. They are perfect for private services that you might not want on your online booking page. You can also give these links an expiration date, meaning you can force the customer to book within a certain time frame.

    8. Clients can pick their preferred video conferencing tool

    An aspect of online scheduling that’s grown more popular in recent years is the ability to book virtual meetings. Holding appointments online gives clients and staff members the flexibility to meet from anywhere. It also means that you can liaise with people overseas much easier. And 10to8 can accommodate this very well.

    As well as integrating with a range of virtual meeting software, 10to8 allows customers to pick their preferred video conferencing tool.

    For instance, many companies around the world use Zoom to host virtual meetings, but if your customer would rather join a meeting in Microsoft Teams, they can select this when they book the appointment. 10to8 will automatically send out a link to join the MS Teams meeting, instead of sending the usual meeting to join Zoom.
